Contacting Customer Support

If you need technical support, click Click for Support on the Sage Exchange Desktop dialog box to open the Sage Payment Solutions Support web page, where you can access additional support tools such as community forums and our Self Service Portal, which contains a wealth of resources including a support ticket submission form, merchant forms, knowledge base articles, PCI compliance information, and FAQs.

Note You must submit a request to obtain access to the Self Service Portal.

How to submit a ticket:

  1. Log on to the Self Service Portal at
  2. Click Submit a Ticket to open the ticket form where you must complete the required fields.
  3. Click Submit to submit the ticket. A Customer Support Representative will respond to you promptly.
